ORDINANCES

Municipal Ordinances are the rules, regulations, or codes enacted into law by local government. Therefore, municipal ordinance violations are any actions that violate one of the rules, regulations, or codes set forth in a city's code of ordinances. Violations are prosecuted by the City Attorney in Municipal Court.

The Municipal Codes are updated periodically, so the most current copy is located at City Hall.

If you would like copies of any ordinances, please fill out a Records Request Form and turn it in with the corresponding fee to the City Clerk.
